Making an order To make an order in the Pasozebra shop, select the products that you wish to buy and then go to the shopping basket where you will be able to confirm the characteristics of your order and proceed to buy. Fill in the form with your personal details together with your email address and check that all of the information given is correct. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirming that you have been correctly registered in our computerised system. The Pasozebra Shop gives you the chance to consult us about any doubt you may have regarding the products by writing to the following email address: Shopping basket In the basket we give you all the information regarding your order: products selected, unit price in euros, units (you can edit this option in the basket) and total price in euros. Postage costs The postage costs will be shown once you have selected the destination country of the item(s) being sent. The only means of payment available in this trade is by credit card through our Virtual Sales Outlet Terminal (Virtual SOT) of Servired-Bancaja. This means of payment is TOTALLY SAFE and in no case does Pasozebra have access to the credit card details that you give through Virtual SOT.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Refunds For your complete tranquillity and in accordance with the legislation in force, (Art. 44 of the Law of 15th January 1996, which refers to the Regulation of Retail Commerce). You have the right to return the products within no more than 10 days after the date of receipt, providing that these products are still inside their original packaging which must not be unsealed. The circumstances which could bring about a refund are as follows: Defective Product from its point of origin Once Producciones Pasozebra, S.L. has received a defective product, it will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made by the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first item sent with Producciones Pasozebra, S.L. taking responsibility for the return and the sending of the new item. In the case where you wish to make a change for another item, the expenses of the return and the sending of the new item will not be assumed by Producciones Pasozebra S.L. A product which, by error, does not correspond to the order Producciones Pasozebra, S.L. will assume the responsibility of the return expenses of the mistaken product along with the delivery expenses towards the person corresponding to the order that was made. Producciones Pasozebra, S.L. will carry out changes and refunds provided that: * Previous communication is made to our Customer Service Department. This step is essential for whatever the reason for requesting a refund may be in order to co-ordinate the refund in the most comfortable way possible for you. You can do it by sending us an email to Shop@pasozebra.comWe will let you know what to do for the refund of the article. * The products still have their seal of origin intact: no refunds will be given for any article that has been unsealed. * The article to be returned must be correctly packaged for its return IMPORTANT: Producciones Pasozebra will not refund the price paid or carry out any re-sending when there has been no verification of receipt or the state of the packaging of the item or the object of the refund or the exchange in our stores.
